About PointTreasury

A market-facing way to think about unused rewards.

PointTreasury helps eligible rewards holders evaluate a cash alternative for points they no longer plan to redeem. We publish starting rates, calculate an initial estimate, and move to verification only when the seller chooses to proceed.

What we are

A transaction service with visible economics.

We are
a way to calculate an indicative payout and submit an eligible rewards balance for human verification.
We are not
a bank, card issuer, loyalty program, or guaranteed buyer for every rewards balance.
We do not
override the rules of American Express, Chase, Marriott, or any other rewards provider.
Operating principles

Trust should come from the process.

Selling a large points balance is unfamiliar to most people. The process should reduce ambiguity rather than hide it behind polished promises.

01

Price before pressure

Published starting rates and the on-page calculator let a seller understand the economics before deciding whether to submit a transaction.

02

Verify before completion

Ownership, balance, eligibility, and transaction details are reviewed before a final transaction is completed.

03

Never collect passwords

Our forms, email channels, and Payout Assistant are not places to send a rewards-account password.

04

State the limits clearly

An online estimate is not represented as a guaranteed offer. Program rules and market conditions still matter.
